so...finally yet again i'm updating my lj!!...a little bit of news to report. finally found a place to live...yay!! well, we did have a place to live..but..that's another different story i'd go into details...but....not feel like typing a super long ass story. short version....
3 bedroom house
hardwood floors throughout
new ceramic tile in the kitchen and entrance
new front load washer and dryer
a ghetto old yellow stove, but we're getting a new one....
our landlord loves us....so she's buying us a microwave
we went shopping with our landlord to purchase new light fixtures....they are super duper pretty!
our landlord painted the entire house except 2 bedrooms and the bathroom, but we picked out colours and she bought the paint for us...so..yay we're painting!
OHHH!!..and...our landlord is gonna lend us her laptop so we should have access to the net as soon as we get a hold of rogers to send us all the shit we need...etc...anyway...i will keep y'all posted on things...

i'm at g4 right now visiting with marky and lauren hence me being able to update lj.

anyway...i guess that's about all for now...i'll update when i can...we now have a new # 905-306-1555......

and.....here we go again. still no fucking computer...so i'm at another internet café....kinda nice actually...just a piss off that you actually have to leave your house to check your email? just doesn't seem right. nothing really much to report. still waiting to hear back about jobs.....gotta find a place to live cuz we can't get our apartment without a job...and...yeah...so this just sucks ass bigtime...but..oh well..what can you do. i'm unsure as to how often i will have access to the net, my aunt will be getting a new computer sometime soon..and perhaps even high speed!! yay!! i will keep y'all posted on things..that's all for now..

So yeah...as all of you know, my aunt's puter died...FUCK!..anyway..so i'm downtown with sable and we decided to stop at an internet café to check our email and shizzle. i called marky to hang out...but he was busy...so..pooey on that :S haven't seen him or talked to him much these past 2 weeks...been busy doing all kind of shit. as some of you may know, sable has made it to town...she arrived yesterday...and yeah.... it's been so long i feel like i have no idea what's going on anymore....i feel like there is this distance that was never there before...which sucks ass..but has nothing to do with me really.....anyway..whatever...i'm sure things will figure themselves out eventually. So he phone me from Toronto to post this for him from Winnipeg - lol, he's such a putz. So he won't be online anytime in the near future. The following text is now straight from his mouth to my fingers....

first it was dialup, now dead computer. my communication to the world has now come to an end. there coulda been an up side. there's a public library across the street from my aunt's they have internet connection but they're under renovation until Sept 7 goddam cocksuckin motherfuckin douchebag, whore, cunt cumsponge FUCK!!!

As you all know, sable is now typing every word out of my mouth - she is now my only connection to the outside world. how pathetic is that!!?! Life shouldn't be like that. So my only connection now is via email, and sable will be reading these. However, sable is losing internet connection by tomorrow and flying to toronto as of wednesday. so here's to hoping I can find somewhere to check my email or that my aunt can get her computer fixed asap. So today angelina from RBC IM picked me up and we drove around my soon to be "new neighbourhood", found a 24 hour Dominion a block away woohoo!! a pizza pizza and a bank! sweet!! the bus' are around the corner, and square one is about a 10 minute walk from the apt! after that angelina and i headed downtown, stopping in at IKEA!! OMG!!!

after Ikea, we drove around downtown for a bit on Bloor Street West @ Avenue and OMG!!! anyway...she dropped me off and i went SHOPPING!!! i went into Prada, Louis Vuitton, GUCCI, and OMG I was in heaven, didn't purchase anything though..a lil' outta my $$ range! although..fuck....Prada had the super nice shoes that i wanted, i just thought $420 was a lil' much....but perhaps 1 day..i will get a pair! :D

after shopping for about 2 hours...i called isabel (isa_girl) and we hooked up at dundas square (dundas and yonge) and went and had harvey's at the eaton center. then we walked down yonge to queen...and caught a streetcar to spadina and transfered to another street car down to Queens Quay (harbourfront). after prancing around for a bit...made a few phone calls...then it started to downpour!! arrgg...but..it was fun....isabel and i walked from Queens Quay to Union Station and i caught my GO bus back to Square One, and i got home at about...22:00. I had a blast...however, marky was suppose to call me..and meet up with me while i was downtown, and i was originally gonna come back to Mississauga with angelina..but decided to stay downtown...and figured i could make my way to a GO station, then isabel called me and the whole day changed direction. i'm a little dissapointed that i didn't get to see marky...was really looking forward to it..but i got to hang out with isabel...and had a grand ol' time! it was a wooooohooooooo day! looking forward to many more.

p.s. i figured marky just went to bed, when i spoke with him this am on msn...he was moving stuff to his apt, i figured after all was said and done...he crashed hard core...but i'm sure i'll find out sooner or later...

well, i have to say these past few days have been amazing. sooooo much fun seeing everyone again. yesterday afternoon/evening i hung out with isabel, mark, kim and gord. we walked around downtown, and ended up at java. having met isabel and gord for the first time yesterday...they were awesome....soo much fun! :D :D it was super fun, although everyone was super tired. i caught my first ttc subway ride from ossington station to union, then proceeded to catch the GO bus to square one. i got to the station at 10:15 thinking there was a GO at 10:20, but i had to wait until 11:20, but that's ok, i got to enter phone #'s into my cell, had a few smokes..and all was good. it took me like 25 minutes if that to get to square one. the bus ride was great except for these morons on the bus, they kept making retarded comments because the bus was full and they had no seats, i swear i just wanted to strangle them...arrgg! well that's about all for now...

well...i'm finally all packed and ready to go, i have to be up in 9 hours to get the final touches done...and the limo is picking us up at 10:15, my flight doesn't leave until 1:45CDT (12:45EDT) and i arrive in toronto @ 15:07 (3:07pm for you non military readers)

it weird leaving everything behind knowing i'm not coming back, but the movers will get the rest.

i have so many trying to make plans with me...so i think i'm gonna have some pretty full days ahead of me...i can't wait!

well, it was an eventful day, dentist appointment, shopping and went for supper at my sister's. said bye to my nephews, my niece was gone to her friends cottage. it's getting weirder as time passes. it's actually starting to sink in, that i'm leaving winnipeg...for good, other than to return for visits. i may come back for christmas, unsure yet....we'll have to wait and see. i may end up down south!!

sable's calling in sick tomorrow, and tora, sable and i are going out for lunch. i started packing today and i have to finish that up tomorrow along with laundry. i should really make a list to make sure i don't forget anything.

i realize the movers will be packing everything else, it just feels weird leaving shit behind...knowing that you're not coming back. it's different this time, cuz i won't be getting my stuff possibly until october 1st. i'm pretty sure i'm ready though.

in other news, my new glasses i got on friday are hurting the bridge of my nose.. :( i'm gonna have to get them adjusted.

i'm gonna head to bed, watch some tv....and....SLEEP!

well....today was my last day at work...i'm kinda sad to leave..but i know toronto will be good to me...and i've met some great people..and know that i'll be meeting many more!! my friend Tora bought me some luggage today..so i can actually start packing yay!! nothing quite like cutting it down to the wire eh? oh well...everything should be fine.

i'll miss winnipeg a little, but i know i'll be back to visit everyone. i met some great people here and have learned a great deal...i guess you can say..i feel a little wiser. had i never moved to winnipeg and worked where i did, i'm not so sure i would have met so many people from toronto. i think the one person that's meant the most to me was having met marky and through him i've met some great peeps on LJ which i can't wait to meet when i get to the tdot! sable, my roomate also was a great plus for me in winnipeg, people say we're like an old married couple, we met at work, partied together....and then we moved in together, worked together, party together and vacation together...and she's moving to toronto too!! woohoo!! sooo much fun!

i'm looking forward to the move....sable's gonna be a wreck without me around..but...i know she'll deal. we actually talked about that tonight while waiting for the bus..she says she's not gonna "let it show"...yeah...whatever...lol..sorry sable...
